This website is operated by Clutch City Kickz. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Clutch City Kickz.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced on our website.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Products and Availability
We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, sizes, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or update product information when necessary.
Product images may appear differently depending on your device or display settings.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and product availability.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or material pricing or listing errors. If we cancel a paid order, the appropriate refund will be issued.
Shipping and Order Processing
Please allow 7–14 business days total for order processing and shipping. Business days do not include weekends or applicable holidays.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We do not offer free shipping.
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Clutch City Kickz.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted before an order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been created.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and do not automatically stop fulfillment.
An order is considered canceled only after Clutch City Kickz confirms that the cancellation has been successfully processed.
Once a shipping label has been created and the order has been fulfilled, the order can no longer be canceled.
Submitting a cancellation request by email, social media, direct message, or another communication method does not automatically stop fulfillment.
If fulfillment is completed and a shipping label is created before a cancellation request is approved and processed, the order will proceed to shipment.
If the customer no longer wants an item after delivery, any return request must follow the Clutch City Kickz Return and Refund Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
All return requests must be approved by Clutch City Kickz before merchandise is returned. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Certain products may be excluded from returns as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Authenticity and Product Condition
