Brand-new shoes
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or are missing their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Pre-owned shoes
All pre-owned shoes are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review the product description and all photos carefully before purchasing.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can review the issue.
