Clutch City Kickz sources sneakers through independent suppliers, resellers, private sellers, collectors, and consignment sellers. We review seller information and product details.
Personal Inspection & Seller Verification
We evaluate sneaker authenticity through personal inspection and seller verification. Our inspection may include construction, stitching, branding, labels, style codes, colorways, insoles, outsoles, packaging when available, and seller-provided information. We compare these details with known characteristics of authentic products. We do not claim third-party authentication certification or infallible verification.
Condition Standards
Brand New / Deadstock: New, unworn sneakers; packaging and accessories are included as specified in the listing.
Like New / VNDS: Tried on or minimally worn with little visible wear.
Excellent Pre-Owned: Minimal signs of use.
Good Pre-Owned: Normal wear, such as creasing or minor scuffs.
Fair Pre-Owned: Noticeable wear, disclosed in the listing.
Authenticity Guarantee & Customer Protection
We are committed to selling authentic sneakers and accurately describing their condition. If you believe an item is counterfeit or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number, photographs, and details so we can investigate. If an item is confirmed counterfeit, Clutch City Kickz will provide a full refund upon return of the item.
For ordinary eligible brand-new returns, requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and items must remain unworn in original packaging. Pre-owned items are final sale for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Confirmed authenticity issues are handled separately, subject to applicable law. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Photos & Documentation
Product photographs represent the sneakers offered for sale. Pre-owned and consignment listings should disclose visible wear and significant imperfections. Additional photos or information may be requested when necessary.
Consignment Verification
Consignment sellers must accurately represent authenticity, condition, and ownership. Submitted pairs are subject to seller verification and personal inspection. We reserve the right to reject any pair that raises authenticity concerns or does not meet our standards.
